An Intimate Evening of Rare Italian Wines & Culinary Artistry
Join us for an unforgettable night in Blu’s Private Wine Room as we welcome Gabe Conte of Vera Wines and acclaimed winemaker Gian Lucca Mazella for a curated six-course experience unlike any other.
This exclusive dinner will showcase artisanal, small-production wines from across Italy, including sparkling from Lombardy, a bright Sicilian white, standout expressions of Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino, and a showstopping red from Taurasi, crafted by Mazella himself, whose production is limited to just 4,000 bottles annually. The evening will conclude with a rare, 20-year-old Vin Santo.
The experience begins with a toast and reception at 6:30 PM, followed by a six-course tasting menu from Executive Chef JC Ortega, thoughtfully paired by Sommelier Adam Greer in our elegant dining room.
